Guests of A Healing Oasis Spa that are receiving any service must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult. Individuals must be at least 21 and older to consume any alcohol. All IDs will checked before serving. To schedule your appointment please use the booking link ______ here.
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment to be checked in. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other guests. Discounts will not be given for abbreviated services in the event of a late arrival.
We request that spa packages be confirmed with either a credit or debit card. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Inside of 24 hours, a charge of $25.00 of scheduled services will be assessed. No shows will be charged 100% for all scheduled services and/ or packages.
We request that groups give a 5 day notice of changes or cancellations.
Robes and sandals are provided for your comfort. The degree to which you undress is left to your discretion. Your privacy and modesty will be protected at all times. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. In order to maintain an atmosphere of relaxation and as a courtesy to other spa guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off and not used in the spa or waiting room areas.
Spa gift certificates are available to purchase for any occasion. Whether for an anniversary, birthday, holiday, congratulatory, or thank you gift, etc. In addition to the areas finest spa services, we are pleased to offer the best quality service for all customers. Gift certificates may be purchased in person or by phone, or online.
Gratuities are graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in your service, gift certificate or package pricing.
